The problem was not diagnosed until after it was removed and disected. I had it removed after years of uncontrolled bleeding. Previous doctors said my uterus was in the wrong place or sideways. Turns out it had a wall down the center. I carried each kid on the left side. My stretch marks are proof of it. After my second one and a bout with polycystic ovarian syndrome and years of uncontrollable bleeding, it was removed. My parents wanted to, and tried to pay my way, but fell short. Had It been suggested that I save for college I would have better used all the money I made from age 14 up, I would have had a much easier time instead of working multiple jobs and ending college in great debt. What I am trying to say, is even if parents want to and intent to pay for their child's college, there is no guarantee that situations will allow it. This way I there was no problem just moving them into our bed and I often slept with one arm in the bassinet so I could sense their movements. I think it might be a good compromise? Now two years ago when when we had to have THE CONVERSATION at 10, he was very shocked... but once we got past that, it was only his father and I that were left traumatized. But either we tell him, or his friends will.
