Weight Loss

I have always struggled with my weight even as a child I knew I liked food and the taste of good food. I don't think it is necessarily that I eat the wrong foods I think it is just my love of food that lets me down.

Sometimes it's over things you as a mom can kind of understand and sometimes it's about eating with a red spoon instead of the blue one you provided her. So why do the latter ones happen? I am always amazed at how much time and money parents spend when their kids first start school. There is so much pride about their son or daughter going to kindergarten. They buy new clothes and school supplies (many of which they will never use) and have pictures taken to send to family and friends.
