New York Scrapbook

I have recenly visited New York City and even though it was really cold, I still love it.  As usual I have taken lots and lots of pictures.  Now I am all ready to start my New York Scrapbook.  It is not easy to find scrapbook supplies for New York but I am just so excited that I found a website that has everything that I need to scrapbook my New York trip!  It is called www.

January

The Month of January: For this month I have already lost a total of 7 pounds. I started the first Monday of this month. I did not exercise the first two weeks. But week 3 I exercised on my glider for 30 minutes a day. I worked out on M-T-Th. I wanted to work out every day but other things came up. This week I plan on working out all week except for Sundays. I am trying to drink water.

Our loss

It's been the worst week our our lives. My husband and I conceived our first child about 6 weeks ago and found out last week that I miscarried. We are heartbroken. What began as brown spotting on Saturday turned into bleeding the following Tuesday. We spent that night in the ER, and have had 3 re-visits to my OB for repeat blood draws to check hormone levels.

Happy to be here!

This is my first post!  I am very happy to be here!  I am so proud of my family.  Being a parent  is a joy and an honor.  I quit my job in August of 2007 so I could have more time with my kids.  It was a leap of faith that I have never regreted.  Being able to cook dinner everyday and read to them at night is a blessing for all of us.
