How odd...

By paperflowergirl

It's getting dark already. It's only 16:05 pm. I'm looking trough the window. Two white chickens, I suppose they are from one of our neighbours, have invaded our garden. It just stopped raining. It only were a few drops. Just enough to make the grass wet. I can hear my sister singing upstairs, she always does that when she's listening to music. I try to concentrate. Celtic funeral rituals.

Premature but still alive

By abilitylink

I've discovered the hard way that before announcing something, I had better be certain everything is in place. After announcing The Ability Link was up and running, our site came down for months while I changed hosts, wrestled with domain registrars that dislike giving up names, fought with hackers and had a major health crash. I messed up.

The Importance of Doing What is Right

By Laura S

I am one who feels it is important to do what is right whether you feel like it or not. Others believe that it is important to wait and do what is right only when you fully feel like you are behind the activity. In my experience, however, sometimes you don't fully feel behind an activity until AFTER you have been involved.

The Great Novel

By Heather Long

I've written novels before and that may sound very casual, but I have. I've never written the novel that takes off and is opted for publication, however. Much like sitting down to write my blogs every day, I try to set aside time to just let my mind wander and create -- but I am not always successful.

Its in the Stars baby!

By carolesuzanne

I have always be fasinated by the stars. The stars, the study of astrology , not to mention the wonderful pick-up line, Whats your sign? Who hasn`t had that pulled on them at least once?I was never insulted by that line. I think because I am a student of the stars. All my life, I have memorized star charts. The different moons.

I found a great site for handcrafters!

By karabu

A friend of mine refered me to a webste that sells handmade items.  I posted on of my patchwork security blankets and it sold in just over a week.  The selling fees are do much lower than Ebay, I don't think I'll sell there anymore (at least not my handmade stuff) Here's my store: www.karabu.etsy.com I sell mainly baby and toddler stuff right now, but hope to list more soon.
