I have 3 children and my first child was always prone to having a diaper rash! The worst of the worst was when his bottom looked like I had set it on a stove! To take the pain of urinating (when the acid touches the rash), it hurts, but put some Mylanta (non flavored) all over the bottom and when they urinate it won't hurt anymore! But make sure that you also use some sort or diaper rash cream as well to help make it better! But I am telling you that the Mylanta WORKS!!!!! The only place that I have found to buy their shoes is Stride Rite and the are expensive! Anywhere from $30.00 to $60.00 or more! I just had to get a pair of sandals for my 3 yr old and 1 yr old and spent $80.00 on two pairs of shoes! Wow! That hurts! So for the children with xtra wide feet good luck at finding them cheap!
