I have heard that it is a great form of exercise. I saw a girl on the internet, a gymnast, and she was all grace and beauty. It was performed on one of the gymnastics sites. It was not intended to be erotic, but more so to show her excellent gymnastic abilities. You could see that it took great strength in body motion control. I walk approximately 5 miles a day at work, not consistently, but nonetheless, walking. Even though I am pretty tired when I get home there is something about it that also makes me feel good at the same time. Even though I am tired, I also feel increased energy at the same time. Once you have that underway and have begun to lose weight, the more apt you are to stick with it and continue on. This will, of course, only increase your self-confidence as you become more fit. Personally speaking, the more weight that I lost the better I felt because I knew that I also looked better than I previously had. It motivates you to keep going.
