Well said, Libby! It's a hateful act that produces no results. Getting actively involved and working to change the system takes effort though. Some would rather whine and make a scene than actually do the work.

Catherine, I really admire you for opening yourself up this way, and I'm proud for you, for all you have accomplished.

Personally, I can't weight every day, because I fluctuate too much with water, etc. I would be too discouraged by the ups and downs throughout the week to stay motivated. I try to weigh only once each week, although I do sometimes have to sneak a peek about half way through. ;o)
