My youngest doesn't take naps any longer either. Instead, I have her lie on the couch and watch a movie during what would have been nap time. She's occupied with a calm activity, and it gives me a good hour or two to get something done. She enjoys it most days and I promise to play a game or something after the movie. Best of luck.
