God does give us the tools we need to provide for the children he trusts us with. We didn't know how we could afford the boys with 2 salaries, a yr after we had them, and one more came along! I had to quit work due to my health. I gave it to God and we are okay. I have more time to do what I need to meet their needs daily. It will be the 4th Christmas without my loving mother. For everything there is a season. Nothing could replace my mother's presence at this time of year, but the boys have certainly helped fill the void left when she died. Christmas can be a bittersweet time of the yr. for all of us sooner or later in life. With God's help, we can enjoy the season despite our pain. After all we were given the greatest gift of all; if we don't lose sight of that, we can overcome any pain. Thanks for reminding me with this great blog. Merry Christmas.
