I am very happy to see that you are addressing Celiac Disease. I was diagnosed with it in July of 2007 and was overwhelmed by a feeling of hopelessness 9I thought I could never eat the foods I love ever again) Then I started researching (over 200 hours so far) and I put that research into a blog in hopes of helping others. My blog contains information, links to other sites and recipes galore. I am just now starting to add articles pertaining to babies.
