Fake Christmas Tree or Real Christmas Tree? - Blog Entry15 Nov 2009 02:55 PM We made a tradition in our marriage to have a real tree.Too late to change us now.I don't care if it's economic sense or if it fits with the green idea or it makes a mess. We have tiles so it's not that big a drama. When we had carpet we put a tarpoulin over it. I smiled when I read six weeks, being summer in Oz we're lucky to get ten days out of a real tree. That's okay. We don't put ours up till a week before. The real pine gives that Christmas smell.
