I am no longer writing for families.com, but just wanted to tell you the end of that story.I have gone though months of pain and eventually aftr much prayer went in for spinal suregery. God provided the right doctor and a I am almost pain free. Certainly way better than before and back to doing some of the things I love though I will never play tennis again. But i have been amazed and humbled at the response of prayer that has gone up for me and some of that from people I have never met. When I walked back into church after 5 months I was welcomed with love and tears, and i am now back leading the singing which I love doing,though God provided wonderfully in the time I was unable to. While in hospital and as I have talked with others since I have been able to testify to God's healing and faithfulness and my own calm as I went in for back surgery since i knew I was covered on prayer.What an awesome God we have. my husband and I have reinstituted a morning prayer time together an it is such a blessing.
