Charlotte's piggy pal Halloween Cosutme

Charlotte's pigg pal: you'll need  scissors, 1 sheet each white, pink a and black felt , white sweat suit with hood, 1/4 yard pink streatch material, cotton balls, 1 pipe cleaner, gold cardboard, Number 1 sticker, hole punch, key ring, 2 yards brown ribbon, glue, card stock, Thin white elastic, 1 pair white socks, White sneakers.

Cut ears from white felt.  Sew or glue pink felt onto white.  Sew ears onto hood or attach with saftey pins.  Pin pink fabric into tube for tail; sew.  Stuff with cotton balls.  Insert pipe cleaner and twist into spiral.  Sew or saftey pin to seat of sweat suit.  Cut Wilbur's medal out of gold cardboard and position number 1 sticker.  Punch a hole in top of medal and insert key ring.  Thread ribbon through key ring and tie around child's neck.  Glue white felt to card stock.  Cut out nose pieces--a circle and rectangle.  Roll rectangle into a tube and glue; glue circle to an end of tube.  Cut nostrils from black gelt; glue to nose.  Punch hole in side of nose.  Run elastic through holes, tie behind head.  Put socks on hands; put on sneackers.  This is a really cheap idea you can go to the dollor store and get a cheap jump suit and sneackers if you don't already have them.  You can choose any color jump suit that you want.
