Christmas Cramel Popcorn

This is a wonderful thing for the holiday's the kids will love it and it is a festive candy. It is something really quick and easy to make. 

1 bag of M&M's Peanut chocolate Candy for holiday, 6 quarts popped popcorn, 1 cup of butter, 1/2 cup of light corn syrup, 2 cups of brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, And 1 tablepoon fo vanilla

In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt.  Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Boil for 5 minutes.  Remove from heat.  Stir in vanilla and baking soda.  in large roasting pan, combine popcorn, M&M's and sauce mixture.  Toss until completly coated.  Place in a 200 degrees F preheated oven for 10 minutes, then stir gently.  Remove from oven and let cool completely on baking sheets.  *Makes 12 servings*
