Crock Pot low Calorie Lemon Chicken

     

For those of you that love Lemon Chicken this is a  really good recipe for you to try.  It is low calorie for those that are on the low calorie diet or who are watching that calorie intake.  It is a delicious recipe, it is also great for those who have to got out for a couple of hours you can start cooking before you leave and dinner will be ready when you get home.

You will need:  4 boneless skinless chicken breast, 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning, 1 pound assorted fresh vegetables, chopped, 10 ounces cream of chicken soup, 1 teaspoon dried rosemart, curshed And 1 teaspoon mixed Itailian onion and garlic

Here's the preperation: Coat chicken with lemon-pepper seasoning. Coat a medium sized non-stick pan with oil and warm over a medium-high heat.  Add the chicken and cook, turning once, for 5 minutes, or until browned on both sides.  Place the chicken in a crock pot and add the vegtables.  In a medium bowl, combine the soup, half a can of water, the rosemary and the mixed Itailan Herbs.  Pour this mixture over the vegtabels and chicken.  Cover and cook low 8 hours. High 4 hours.
