These pretty fantasy flowers are made from colorful tissue paper. They are fun to make. You can keep them or give them to a special person. What you need: White Glue, Tissue Paper (lots of colors, including black), Florist Wire, Scissors, and Green Florist Tape What You Do: 1. Crumble up a small piece of green tissue paper. Glue it onto one end of a piece of wire. This will be the center of the flower. 2. Take a small piece of black tissue paper. Cut a fringe along one edge. Glue the fringed paper around the center of the flower. Fluff the fringe out a but. 3. Cut out three or four round circles fo colorful tissue paper. Scallop the edges of each one. These are the petals. Poke a small hole in the center of each petal. 4.Thread each petal onto the wire, from the bottom up. Push it up to the base of the fringed paper. 5. Wrap the green florist tape around the wire. Start at the top of the wire, below the petals. Make lots of colored flowers. Place them in the vase and you'll have a rainbow bouguet!
