One-Bowl Chocolate Fudge

     

This is for all of you fudge lovers out there that like it anytime other than the holiday's.  This is a quick and easy way to make fudge, now you chocolate lovers can have it more than once a year. Don't that sound great! 

You will need: 2 package (8 squares each) Baker's Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, 1 can (14oz.) sweetened condensed milk, 2 teaspoon vanilla and 1 cup chopped planters walnuts (the store brand also works)

Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides of pan.  Set aside.  Microwave chocolate and milk in lare microwaveable bowlon high 2 to 3 minutes or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 2 minutes.  Stir until chocolate is completely melted.  Blend in vanilla. Stir in walnuts.

Spread into prepared pan.  Prefrigerate 2 hours or until firm.  Lift fudge from pan, using foil handles.  Cut into 48 pieces. 

Makes 4 dozen pieces or 24 servings, 2 pieces each

You can also make this fudge into Rocky Road Fudge by Preparing as directed, addign 2 cups Jet-Puffed Miniature Marshmalows with the vanilla adn walnuts.
