Overhaul Casserole

This is a really good and different recipe.  My husband's grandmother was a cook on the river boat and she needed somthing to make before they docked for an overhaul on the boat.She had to think of something because they where getting low on supplies and she started pulling things from the cuboard and this is what she came up with.  It is really good.

You will need: 1 lb. beef (or chuck), 1 Jar (8 oz.) cheese whiz, 1 can cream of mushroom, 2 cups cooked rice, 1 tablespoon Parsley Flakes And Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Brown meat and drain excess grease.  Stir in cheese whiz until melted.  Add remaining ingerdients and heat.  HOPE YOU ENJOY!
