The classic is perfect for any holiday celebration.  This great to have for finger foods at at part or for the hoiday's.  A cheese ball is one of the memories that I have from the holiday's. It was always on the table for christmas i think that if it was not there something was wrong.

You will need: 2 package (8 oz. each) Phladelphia Cream Cheese, softened, 1 package (8 oz.) Kraft Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 1 tablespoon finely chopped onions, 1 tablespoon chopped red bell peppers, 2 teaspoon Worcestiershire sauce, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, Dash ground red pepper (cayenne), Dash Salt And 1 cup chopped Planters Pecans

Beat cream cheese and Cheddar chesse in small bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.  Mix in all remaining ingredients except pecans; cover. Shape into ball; roll in pecans.  Serve with assorted Bibisco Crackers.

Makes 34 servings, 2 tablespoons each

Variation: Mix cheese mixture as directed; shape into log or 24 small balls, each about 1 inch in diameter.  Roll in pecans until evenly coated.  Serve as directed.

*You can use any name brand of shredded cheese or cream cheese.*
