Recipie Albums

Do have problems finding that recipe you need when you need it, well here is a solution to the problem

Instead of stuffing loose recipie cards into boxes or drawers, organize them in an old photo album.Ã?  Most index cards are the size of photos, so they'll fit perfectly in the ready-made sleeves.Ã?  Rather than flipping through endless cards, you can easily turn the pages of the album to find the recipe you need.

Some cooks love to clip recipies from magazines and newpapers even more than they love to cook.Ã?  If you have a pile of clippings stuffed into a kitchen drawer, move these to an old photo album as well.Ã?  The best albums to use in this case are the ones with the peel-up plastic coating on each page.Ã?  Peel up the plastic and arrange your recipies on the page by course or main ingredient, whichever you perfer.Ã?  A loose-leaf album will work best because it allows you to take the pages out one at a time and gives you room to insert new recipies as you find them.Ã?  And the protective covering will keep spills off the recipes themselves.
