I was at work and I couldn't breathe so I immediately left and went to the hospital. The doctors took all the test and said that I was ok, but they noticed that I was considerably overweight. At that time, I was about 300 lbs. I'm tall (6'1") so it didn't really look like it, but I was uncomfortable. After taking natural supplements and starting a light excercise regiment, I lost almost 70 lbs since then. |
