Board games for 4 yrs old daughter

how about go fish, memory, crazy eights, even war with a regular deck of cards.

4-year-old whining/tantrum problems.....

My 4 year old daughter is beautiful! bright, funny, sweet, helpful...BUT she is a terrible whiner! I am at wits end as to what to do with her.
