Breech Baby Blues

Hi Kyle,

My baby boy was breech for most of my pregnancy, even when he had plenty of room to move around! I had a natural childbirth at a birthing center with my husband, a midwife and her assistant.

The catch? I had to have my boy turned manually via an external cephalic version at 36 weeks. I won't lie. It was just as painful as labor, but it was totally worth it, as I had my boy vaginally, without any drugs of any kind and completely natural.

I could have waited for him to turn on his own, but considering his track record, I didn't want to chance going in for a cesarean.
