Ninety-nine golfers participated in the scramble. After the golf portion of the event, approximately 150 people enjoyed a catered reception and silent auction. The Foundation is proud to announce that their $10K goal was exceeded by 150%. So here is something positive. We have been in a seven week fight with the school system and the esc over a one-on one aide for my son. He has had one for the past three years. This year the school board decided that he does not need one. WRONG. I had the dream that every father has, a son, a son who he can live vicariously through. Sports, sports and more sports. That dream became a nightmare. At four months old we were at the hospital because my son was having infantile spasms (seizures that look like a jackknife dive).
