Different Needz Foundation

The Different Needz Foundation has recently added a "donate" button to their website www.differentneedzfoundation.org. Donations or registration for the Luke Jordan Memorial Golf Outing can be made on the site. Help the Foundation raise money to help special needs individuals, families and the organizations that support them.
