Collage Video has certified fitness instructors do the workouts and offer their input. The customer service representatives, should you call their 800 number, have DVD players at their desks in order to play workout videos while they are working. This also gives the customer service agents a chance to see what they are helping customers with. My point is: the people at Collage Video know their videos and I take their opinions seriously when I am interested in purchasing a new workout DVD.
Often times, I do not even order the DVD from Collage Video, shh- don’t tell! I just go to the site and read the reviews. I then order the DVD from Ebay, if possible. What Collage gives me is an honest opinion on the workout, what supplies or accessories I will need for that workout and how long the workout is. It even will show me a short video clip of the workout, should I need it.
I have ordered from this website before, and the shipping is very fast. Customer service is great! However, as you have read above, that isn’t the reason I love this site so much! I love it for the enormous amount of information it gives me when I want to add to my home workout library.
