Advanced Step Aerobics

If you love a tough, challenging workout with high energy complexity, you should try step aerobics for advanced. Advanced aerobic exercises will strengthen your cardiovascular system in a fun, fantastic, high paced step routine that will leave your body feeling completely worked out from head to toe. There are many ways to turn bland exercise routines into lively, challenging, full body work outs. First, step up with the right foot, count one.
Lift the left knee, count two.
Next, step touch the top of the step counts three and four.
Count five will be a step. Knee up, count six.
Straddle down and turn your body towards the right, counts seven and eight.
Repeat knee up from the straddle position one time.
Next, step down into a vertical step on the floor (also known as V-step).
On the floor, mambo cha-cha-cha one time.
Make a 1/4 turn on the floor turning your body to the left.
Next, make a 1/2 hop turn over the step while turning your body to the right.

If you can get through this routine, try a portion of this four segment routine:

Start with a grapevine to the right one time, counts one through four. Next, make a 360 degree turn to the left. This should bring you back to where you started in four counts. This will be counts five, six, seven, an eight. Next do a left basic one time, counts nine through 12. With the left foot step up. With the right foot, kick one time while on top of the step on count 14. Step down on counts 15 and 16. Next, V-step, then right lead three times. Kick lift right lead one time. You should repeat this routine, this time perform the grapevine to the left and the v-steps will be left lead. Sign up for an advanced aerobic step class. If you are willing enough to pay for the classes, you should be willing to attend.
