Aloha Morning
On a hot summer day when you are dreaming of vacation, make this shake before you head to work. Pour into a travel mug, hop in the car, roll down the windows, play some island music and enjoy.
INGREDIENTS:
1 small banana
16 oz pineapple juice
3 tbs coconut milk
1 tbs white sugar
DIRECTIONS:
1. Slice banana, place in blender, pour in pineapple juice, coconut milk and sugar
2. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve.
