Apple Honey Glaze
This simple glaze dresses up ham, pork chops or chicken breasts.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup applesauce
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp ground cardamom
1 tsp ground coriander
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine applesauce, honey, brown sugar, dry mustard, cardamom and coriander. Stir well.
