Avocado Salsa
Salsa with a kick.
INGREDIENTS:
2 large firm and ripe avocados, peeled, pitted, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1/3 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup minced onions
1 tbs fresh lime juice
1 tsp minced serrano chilies, with seeds
1 bunch chopped fresh cilantro
DIRECTIONS:
1. Gently mix avocados, tomato, onion, cilantro, lime juice and chillies in medium bowl.
2. Season salsa to taste with salt and pepper.
3. Cover and refrigerate.
