Baby Lima Beans in Cream
Noone will fear lima beans again after this recipe!
INGREDIENTS:
16 oz frozen baby Lima beans
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 tbs butter
1 pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
DIRECTIONS:
1. Cook the Lima beans in boiling salted water as directed on package.
2. Drain well. Add the cream and butter. Taste and add salt and pepperas desired.
3. Heat thoroughly. Serve hot.
Prep: 5 minutes
Cook: 15 minutes
