Baby Wipe Chicken
It’s not made with baby wipes, but you’ll need them to clean up!
INGREDIENTS:
10 pieces chicken
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
1 medium orange
DIRECTIONS:
1. Using sharp knife, make slashes in the skin of each piece of chicken.
2. Bring a large saucepan of water to boil and add the chicken.
3. Cover the pan and return to a boil.
4. Cook 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile, zest the orange and juice into a bowl.
5. Remove the chicken and drain thoroughly.
6. Place the marmalade, worcestershire, orange zest and juice in a small saucepan. Add salt and pepper to taste.
7. Heat until melted and combined.
8. Brush the baste over the parcooked chicken.
9. Transfer them to the grill. And cook until done, basting frequently.

Cook: 35 minutes
