Baked Chicken Nuggets
A kid favorite.
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 cup cornflakes
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp Italian herb seasoning
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
DIRECTIONS:
1. Cut thighs into bite-sized pieces Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Crush cornflakes into crumbs. Add spices to crushed cornflags, reseal bag and shake well.
3. Add a few chicken pieces at a time to crumb mixture. Each time, reseal bag and shake well to coat.
4. Lightly grease a cooking sheet. Place chicken pieces on cooking sheet. Bake about 12-14 minutes or until golden brown.
