Baked Garlic Starter
A classic that never goes out of style. A favorite starter before any Italian dinner!
INGREDIENTS:
12 bulbs garlic
12 tbs olive oil
1 wheel brie cheese
1 loaf French baguette,sliced and toasted
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 325.
2. Remove any of the loose, paper-like skin and lightly baste bulbs of garlic with olive oil.
3. Wrap in foil and poke a few holes to allow steam to escape.
4. Bake for 1 1/4 hrs. Remove from oven.
5. Warm Brie at 325 oven until just starting to melt.
6. Meanwhile, cut garlic in half horizontally.
7. To serve, spread cheese on bread slices and then spread warm garlic pulp on top.

Cook: 90 minutes
