Baked Meatballs
This can be made with ground turkey or chicken for a leaner version.
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup onions, minced
1 tbs vegetable oil
2 lbs lean ground beef
2 large eggs
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup whole milk
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven 400° F. Lightly grease baking sheet with oil.
2. In a small skillet, add onions to 1 tbs oil until onions are tender.
3. Mix other ingredients in a bowl, then add onions.
4. Mix with a large spoon to blend ingredients together.
5. Shape into meatballs 1-2 inches in diameter and place on baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes.

Cook: 10 minutes
