Baked Rice Pilaf With Parmesan Cheese
Very easy to make and wonderful with almost anything!
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup long-grain white rice, uncooked
4 tbs butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cup broth, chicken or beef
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup fresh parmesan cheese, grated
DIRECTIONS:
1. Saute the garlic and rice in the butter until golden. Pour into a casserole dish, add broth and salt.
2. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
3. Add cheese and stir until cheese mixed in and rice is fluffy.
Prep: 10 minutes
Cook: 25 minutes
