Beef and Cheddar Biscuits
These go really well with a chili recipe on a bitter winter day.
INGREDIENTS:
2 tubes refrigerated biscuits
1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
1/4 cup barbeque sauce
4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Place one biscuit each in 12 greased muffin cups. Press firmly onto the bottom and up the sides.
3. Combine beef and barbeque sauce, and spoon 1-2 tbs into each cup. Sprinkle with cheese.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-18 minutes or until biscuits are golden and cheese is melted.

Cook: 20 minutes
