If Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are trying to convince fans that they are as down-home as the next family they’re doing a great job. Watching video of how the Jolie-Pitt’s spent their holiday sure made me feel closer to them.
Various news channels have been milking the video of Pitt driving a white Nissan minivan through a McDonald’s drive-thru in New Orleans on Christmas Day. According to employees there, the actor turned father of four picked up Happy Meals for his entire pint-sized brood.
But, team Jolie-Pitt’s fast food frenzy didn’t stop there. The day after Christmas the entire family unit-—minus baby Shiloh—-was photographed attending a movie at a local theater in the Big Easy and on the way home paparazzi caught the clan hitting up another greasy kid-friendly eatery—-Kentucky Fried Chicken. The finger lickin’ meal was then followed by a pit stop at a local ice cream parlor.
Interestingly, just a few months ago Jolie told a local news reporter, “I’m not much of a cook.” Apparently, she wasn’t lying. Though, when you are as well off as the famously “green” couple, do you really need culinary skills?
Jolie didn’t need to answer that one. Her actions spoke louder than words days before the holidays. That’s when photogs captured the brunette beauty strolling with her equally gorgeous 19-month-old tot Shiloh at Harry’s Corner and Santa’s Quarter in their French Quarter neighborhood. It wasn’t enough that paps caught mother and daughter during their outing, they just happened to zoom in on what Jolie was feeding her youngest child–Lay’s Potato Chips and Cracker Jacks.
Who said celebrity parents are above sugar and spice and everything… greasy?
Speaking of celebrity parents, Jennifer Aniston is reportedly leaving the baby making business to her ex-husband.
Despite what the National Enquirer is reporting Brad Pitt’s ex is not pregnant. The tabloid reported that the 38-yer-old actress is expecting and speculated that the father is Vince Vaughn, Paul Sculfor or “Sex and the City” hunk Jason Lewis.
But her rep confirmed to Us Magazine: “She is not pregnant.”
Apparently, National Enquirer reporters didn’t catch the former “Friends” alum sipping a martini at a Christmas Eve dinner in Beverly Hills with pals Courteney Cox and David Arquette or getting her hair colored — another pregnancy no-no — last week.
