Brown Sugar Walnut Cookies
Chewy and nutty cookies!
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup butter
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 cup brown sugar
2 cup flour
2 large eggs
3/4 cup black walnuts, chopped
1 tsp vanilla
1 pinch salt
1/4 cup milk
DIRECTIONS:
1. Cream butter and sugar together, add vanilla and well beaten eggs.
2. Dissolve soda in milk, add flour, salt and nut meats.
3. Dough should be just stiff enough to draw from end of spoon.
4. Drop by sponnfuls on cookie sheet. Just before placing in oven, sift granulated sugar over and put a half nut meat in each.
5. Bake at 375 10-12 minutes or until golden.
Prep: 15 minutes
Cook: 10 minutes
