8-ounce package corn bread muffin mix
1/3 cup milk
1 egg, lightly beaten
8-ounce can cream corn
1/2 cup sugar
Place the muffin mix in a large mixing bowl. Stir in milk and egg. Mix in the corn and sugar. Pour batter into a lightly greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake the batter at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center of pan comes out clean.
