The troubled country singer is headed back to jail after yet another probation violation. She will have to serve 60 days for falsifying her community service records. She just got out of jail last December after being sentenced to six months for probation violation. At this rate, she will never be able to do what she claims she wants – to go back to singing, writing songs, and entertaining.

It’s a good week for…Joely Fisher

The actress and her hubby Christopher Duddy have a newborn adopted daughter. Olivia Luna Fisher-Duddy, weighting in at 7 ½ pounds, will join siblings Cameron (22), Colin (20), Skylar (7), and True (2).

It’s a bad week for…Janet Jackson

Janet was hospitalized today while on tour in Montreal. She became sick during a sound check and was rushed to the hospital, although no other details are available at this time.

The former professional wrestler turned Minnesota governor is working on a pilot for a new show on truTV. The show will feature Ventura going around the country trying to solve conspiracy theories. Of the show, Ventura said “I’ve been a mayor, I’ve been a governor. Now, I get to be a detective, and seek the truth.”

It’s a bad week for…Ed McMahon

Just as things began to look up for Ed (he sold his house and got a gig as a rapper on the Freecreditreport.com commercials), he suddenly finds himself being sued again. This time, it is Griffin Group Inc. that is suing Ed – as in Merv Griffin. The company says that they loaned McMahon $100,000 that was never repaid.
