1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup margarine, softened
2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
2 egg yolks
48 slices white bread, crusts trimmed
1/2 cup margarine, melted
In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon with 1 cup of the sugar, and then set aside. In a large bowl, cream together the margarine, cream cheese, egg yolks, and the remaining sugar. Spread this mixture on the pieces of bread, rolling them up. Brush each roll with the melted margarine and roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Place rollups, seam side down on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
