3/4 pint strong instant coffee, cold
1 pint cold milk
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 egg yolks
1 egg white
Put coffee, milk, sugar, and beaten egg yolks into a container and shake vigorously until mixture is frosty or put in blender. Whip egg whites until stiff. Put some cracked ice in serving glasses. Pour coffee mixture into glasses and fold in half of the beaten egg whites. Float the remaining egg white on top.
