When getting into computer or digital scrapbooking, there are some things you need beyond what I discussed in this article.
You are also in need of some good software, so here are some tips on finding the software that is right for you, and your needs.
We are scrapbookers, so an important features we are looking for are clip art programs, font programs, photo editing software, digital scrapbooking software and probably a good text editor.
For Clip Art Programs:
Creating Keepsakes has some great computer clip art! You can purchase it in CD format and they typically come mixed with some great fonts too. Their prices are reasonable and you have many choices for themes, etc.

For Lettering and Fonts:
Lettering Delights has some great lettering for any scrapbooker. Lettering Delights alphabets are a unique creation. They’re full-color images with lots of fun details. They include all the letters of the alphabet, but they are not fonts. To use their alphabets, you will need to download their free browser. You can purchase the lettering individually or save money with Lettering Delights bundles! Bundles combine related products such as alphabets, Journaling Delights and sometimes fonts for great savings, up to 40% off!
Creating Keepsakes has some awesome fonts! They can be purchased in CD format and installed onto the computer. Their prices are reasonable and you have many choices in styles. They have several different types of CD’s available brought to you by some of the finest scrapbookers around!
My Fonts is also a really cool place to find some new and funky fonts. They can be downloaded right off the website.
