Creamy Italian Shrimp Linguini
Tastes like a dish you would find in a nice italian restaurant.

INGREDIENTS:
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup white wine
1 cup water
2 tsp Italian seasoning
2 cans mushrooms, coarsley chopped
8 oz cream cheese, cubed small
2 lbs medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
16 oz linguini, uncooked

DIRECTIONS:
1. Cook linguini according to package instructions.
2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet on medium-low heat, add soup, wine, water and Italian seasoning.
3. Blend well and simmer, uncovered, 4-5 minutes.
4. Add mushrooms and cream cheese. Blend at same heat for five minutes or until cheese is dissolved.
5. Add shrimp, stir and simmer covered for 5-7 minutes or until shrimp is lightly pink. Serve over cooked linguine.

Cook: 30 minutes
