About once a week, I clean out my inbox and let you all know about the random deals that have fallen into it. This results in a “mixed bag” of stuff that is on sale.
Powell’s Books has a 30% off sale on children’s books by Mo Willems. He is the creator of the Pigeon series, (with titles like “Don’t Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus!”) He is also the creator of “Knuffle Bunny”, and more. Pick up a lovely, and funny, hardcover book by Mo Williams for 30% off. This sale will go on “for a limited time” and “while supplies last”.
Barnes & Noble has a “Buy 2, Get a 3rd Free” sale on their Barnes & Noble Classics. You can shop this sale in the store or through the Barnes & Noble website. The sale will continue through October 26, 2012.
The Barack Obama Store has a “Fall Forward” sale. Save 20% on Obama or Obama/Biden sweatshirts when you enter FORWARD20 at checkout. These will make a nice gift for the people in your family who are voting for Obama.
Target has a stash of Autumn coupons. The first collection of coupons is for Halloween candy. These include:

Petstore.com has a Halloween deal. Post a photograph of your pet wearing a Halloween costume onto their Facebook page. Do it before October 31, 2012. The photo with the most “likes” will receive a $100 Petstore.com Gift Certificate. The picture with the second most “likes” will get a $50 Petstore.com Gift Certificate.
