If you’re thinking of taking a Disney vacation in the near future, then there’s an essential web site you shouldn’t miss when doing your planning: Disney Special Offers. Part of the official Disney Parks web site, Disney Special Offers has all the details on Disney’s latest vacation discounts for those looking to make a trip to one of the parks.
Right now the primary featured deal is a free Disney World Dining Plan. If you’re heading out to Disney World anytime between August 15 and December 21 of this year, you’ll want to check it out. If you purchase a non-discounted Magic Your Way vacation plan to Disney World during the aforementioned time period, you are eligible for the free Disney Dining Plan.
The plan offers one free table-service meal, one free quick-service meal, and one snack for each person in your party over the age of three. Or, if you want something a little cheaper, you can select a cheaper Magic Your Way package and instead get a free Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan. That dining plan gives all over-the-age-of-three party members two quick-service meals, two snacks, and one refillable drink mug (which is refillable only at the Disney hotel at which you’re staying).
But that’s not the only deal currently featured on the Disney vacation discounts site. Those instead heading to Anaheim have the opportunity to save up to 40% at a Disneyland hotel. Valid until September 21, 2010, Disneyland’s offering specials at three of its hotels.
Stay at Disneyland’s Paradise Pier Hotel and you can get 30% off of standard room rates for rooms starting at $168/night. Book a vacation at The Disneyland Hotel and enjoy a 35% discount for standard room rates starting at $169/night. Get 40% discounts on standard room rates at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, for rooms starting at $213/night. You’ll want to make sure to book by September 1 if you want these deals to apply.
Disney World has a couple similar discounted hotel offerings up at Disney Special Offers. If you visit the site and choose Disney World hotel discounts, you’ll be redirected to a page with an interactive calendar allowing you to search for discounts by selecting the type of hotel (value resort, moderate, deluxe, etc.) and the dates you want to visit.
Other offers currently on the site are a free stay and play deal for kids between the ages of three and nine at Disney World resorts, details on a Disney Rewards Visa Card, free customized Disney World maps, and more.
Whenever you’re planning your Disney vacation, be sure to check out the Disney vacation discounts site.
