February is going to be do it yourself month here at the Families.com fitness blog. My goal is to help you help yourself. The focus of the overall month will be on developing the skills and information to become your own personal trainer. Whether it’s a helpful book, DVD or computer program, I’ll be bringing it to your attention under reviews.

February is going to be focused on you. We’re into the second month of 2006 and we’ve got another 11 months to go. Whether you scored high on your January goals or your feeling guilty because you didn’t make much progress, put that behind you and gear yourself up for facing the new month ahead.

We’re going to warm-up, exercise and cool-down the skill sets you need to be effective in your own fitness workouts. We’re going to work on de-stressing, getting more sleep, eating regularly and stimulating our minds. Workouts for both mind and body will help you develop better fitness habits for you and your family.

Thanks for letting me be a part of your fitness lifestyle and have a great month.
