Last year, it seemed like the stores waited until after Christmas before they started their big sales on Christmas decorations. This year, those sales have already begun, even though Christmas is still more than a week away. Here are a few Christmas sales that you won’t want to miss.
Sears has a sale where you can save up to 40% off their entire Christmas Shop. This includes their trees, (including fresh-cut trees), wreaths, lights, ornaments, outdoor decorations, and Christmas collectibles.

Kohl’s has a “Christmas Countdown” sale. This sale will last through December 17, 2011. You can get 40% to 50% off all holiday gift sets and jewelry boxes, 10% off fragrances, and 25% to 40% off their entire stock of bath and body products. Sleepwear and slippers are 30% to 50% off. All of their Winter outerwear is 40% to 50% off. Many of their Christmas decorations are 40% to 50% off.
Barnes & Noble has already started discounting their Christmas stock. Boxes of holiday cards are on sale for 30% off. Their Christmas ornaments are also on sale right now.
Target has a Christmas sale, that includes “temporary price cuts”. I haven’t been able to determine exactly how long “temporary” is going to last. In any case, there is a sale on Christmas trees, Christmas decorations, Christmas dishes, and Christmas stockings. A total of seventy-five holiday items are part of this sale.
