Mobile Family Tree Pro takes the data, functionality, and features of Mac Family Tree and brings them to iPhone and iPad as a stand-alone application. Mobile Family Tree Pro also lets you use GEDCOM files to share information with programs that are on your Mac or PC. So, you do not have to use it with a Mac or a PC but the option is there if you would like to.
There are so many things that you can do with Mobile Family Tree Pro. You can, of course, edit your family tree. Editing is easy thanks to an intuitive program design. You can add information to your research files and make many different genealogy charts and reports. Once you have made some charts and reports, why not use the app to print them out or email them to your family. You can even take pictures and videos with the application.
One of the best things about Mobile Family Tree Pro is that since it was designed especially for use on mobile devices, data entry is quick and easy. You can take your genealogy research with you anywhere, share it effortlessly, and add information easily. If you have an iPhone or iPad, there is a lot to like about Mobile Family Tree Pro. Unfortunately I do not have an iPhone or an iPad so I cannot say that I have tried it. No one has offered me anything of value for mentioning the program, either.
