I Need A Belt

OK so it has been 4 days on the new weight loss supplement that I mentioned in my last blog and so far I think it is going ok. I am not feeling jittery, or jumpy it is not affecting my sleep if anything I think I am sleeping a little bit better. The main thing I have found is that I was walking into my kids school and my pants started to fall down. Now I hate when kids or adults walk with their pants on the ground and here I am a 41 year old woman and my pants are falling down. The worst part I was smiling about it I actually need to go buy a belt today!

As you know I am not a big fan of the scale but I was at the doctor about a week before I started these pills for pneumonia so I know what I weighed and yes I lost a few pounds but not a whole lot. BUT that was when I was at the doctor and before the supplement started.

I decided to face my scale fear and got on it as soon as I got home and there was 6 pounds gone! I am very excited about the results so far. I know I will have to start working out soon to keep the weight loss going but I am still nursing the sore knee.

I called one of my friends who wanted to go on a weight loss plan with me and we both agreed we would start going to water aerobics at my local recreation center. We are both committing to Monday’s and Wednesday’s and we are officially joining next Monday. The rec center also has an indoor walking track so I am planning on using that as well as long as the knee and ankle can hold up. My fingers are crossed I want to do this.

About Tammy Woolard

My name is Tammy and I am 40 year old mother of 3 wonderful children who came to us through domestic adoption. Although we did not have any fertility issues we chose adoption because there are so many kids that did not ask to be born but truly want a family to love. We did research on adoption choices and decided on domestic adoption through CPS. You would be surprised the differences between each agency. The adoption process is nothing like you see in the movies. I am also a 5 year breast cancer survivor. When I was diagnosed my kids were 3, 5 and 7 I did so much research I may have driven my Dr. a little crazy but that is ok it is my body not his.
